Meg Caddick

Meg Caddick, SHRM-SCP, is a Director of People Services Business Partners at QTS Data Centers. Prior to this, Meg held the title of Senior Manager Human Resources at Western Union Business Solutions. Meg has extensive experience in aligning and integrating HR solutions with regional teams globally. Meg also has a strong background in program management, business partnerships, and special projects in various organizations such as Iron Mountain and Macy's East. Meg holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Sociology from McDaniel College.
