Raul Gomez is a seasoned professional in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), currently serving as the Strategic Lead for BIM Integration, Innovation & Digital Twin Ecosystems at QTS Data Centers since September 2025. Previously, Raul held the position of Senior Director at Red Sea Global, leading award-winning teams in enhancing the Integrated Delivery BIM Framework for significant projects in support of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Raul has contributed to digital transformation and operational advancements at several organizations, including ESI Inc. of Tennessee, ConstructMetrix, Robins & Morton, ENG, and AECOM. Notable achievements include managing a substantial growth in VDC personnel and successfully implementing BIM technologies that drive profitability and competitive positioning in the construction industry.
