Tom has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having worked at The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF) from June 2009 to January 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing accreditation programs and serving as the Interim Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Tom has held roles such as Senior Analyst at FirstSight Group LLC, Part-Time Office Assistant at A-Z Industries, and National Preparedness Intern at FEMA. Tom's academic credentials include a Doctor of Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, an MBA from Quinlan School of Business, a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Chicago.
