Jack Cullen

Jack Cullen serves as the Executive Director of the Rock Island Downtown Alliance since its inception in 2023, following a significant two-year collaboration aimed at enhancing downtown livability in Rock Island, Illinois. Prior to this role, Jack led the establishment of a new business improvement district and public-private partnerships to elevate the quality of life in Downtown Rock Island. With a background in marketing and communications, Jack managed content strategies for the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce and played a crucial role in the Q2030 Regional Action Plan, aimed at transforming the Quad Cities region. Earlier experiences include serving as an Assistant Tennis Coach at Augustana College and working as a multimedia journalist for the Quad-City Times and other publications. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism and Mass Communication from Augustana College.
