Alan Plechaty has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Alan started their career as a Desktop Support Supervisor at McDonald Investments in 1999, where they supervised a team of PC hardware technicians. In 1999, they also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at KeyBank, where they were part of a team responsible for determining hardware and software standards.

Alan then joined Cleveland Metroparks in 2001 as a Systems Administration Technician. Alan provided system administration and user support, ensuring efficient use of computer technology and maintaining data integrity and security. During their time at Cleveland Metroparks, they also analyzed system requirements for software and maintained high levels of service for technology equipment.
