Chris Schwendler has over 12 years of experience in technical recruiting. Chris started their career in 2008 as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening technical professionals for contract and direct hire positions. At Synectics Inc. from 2013 to 2015, they successfully placed 17 technical and professional applicants and recruited software developers. Chris then joined Acumen Solutions in 2015 as a Technical Corporate Recruiter, focusing on recruiting Salesforce.com professionals. Currently, since 2016, Chris has been working as a Sr. Technical Corporate Recruiter at Quadax Inc., where they source, screens, and schedules candidates for technical positions and maintains relationships with IT directors.

Chris Schwendler graduated from Rootstown High School with a Diploma in General Studies in 2004. Following that, from 2004 to 2008, Chris attended Ashland University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management. Later on, Chris obtained additional certifications, including E-Verify from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in January 2017 and LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in December 2015.
