Cheryl Price Radford has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Cheryl began their career as an Administrative Fellow at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1983. Cheryl then went on to work at Saint Vincent Charity Hospital, where they served as Administrator for Surgery, Director of Business Development, and Administrator for Medicine from 1984 to 1991. Following that, they joined MetroHealth Medical Center as the Director of the Heart & Vascular Center from 1991 to 1998.

In 1998, Radford became the Executive Director of Children's Hospital Physician Associates, where they successfully expanded the pediatric primary care network from 13 physicians to over 35 pediatricians at 14 locations across six counties. Cheryl also ensured full compliance with a JCAHO review and received highly complimentary feedback from reviewers.

Radford then became the Executive Director of the Zeeba Ambulatory Surgery Center in 2000, where they improved the financial status of the center from a net loss to significant profit. Cheryl also oversaw the expansion of the center, including the addition of an operating room and extended care unit, while maintaining operational continuity.

From 2002 to 2003, Radford worked as the SurgiCenter Manager at Parma Community General Hospital, where they directed the project management, implementation, and operations of a new ambulatory surgery center.

In 2004, they joined the American Red Cross Blood Services as the Manager of the Collection Department. In this role, they restructured the department and implemented management development initiatives, resulting in achieving quality, compliance, productivity, and budgetary goals.

From 2007 to 2010, Radford worked as a Senior Consultant at SS&G Healthcare Services, where they directed client assignments, including operational and regulatory compliance assessments, policy development, and onsite operations management. Cheryl also demonstrated improvements in operational and revenue cycles through the establishment of a culture of accountability.

Radford joined Quadax, Inc. in 2014 and took on various roles, including Project Manager, Jr. Account Executive, Account Executive, and Client Services Manager. These roles involved managing client services, account management, and project management.

Throughout their career, Radford has consistently demonstrated their expertise in healthcare management, operations, and leadership.

Cheryl Price Radford obtained their Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration/Finance from the University of Pittsburgh - Graduate School of Public Health between the years 1981 and 1984. Cheryl also completed the Health Information Technology Program - Implementation Manager at Cuyahoga Community College. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania - School of Education. Cheryl also obtained a Certificate in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from the University of Pittsburgh - School of Dental Medicine.
