Deanna Rasch has over 25 years of work experience in various roles across different industries. Deanna started their career at Emerald Health Network, where they worked in customer service and later became a Proposal Coordinator, managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) program. Deanna then joined HQ Business Centers as an Office Support Specialist.

In 1998, Deanna joined NAS Recruitment Communications as a Level II Help Desk Technician, providing technical support and managing data backup for multiple offices. After six years, they transitioned to Altegra Health as a Risk Adjustment Coder, where they successfully utilized applicable HCC coding strategies and ensured accuracy and productivity in CMS submissions.

Since 2016, Deanna has been working at Quadax, Inc. In their initial role as a Technical Documentation Specialist, they wrote, updated, and edited technical documentation for healthcare revenue cycle optimization and reimbursement support solutions. Deanna also gained experience in working with APIs for internal and external clients. Later, they were promoted to Level II Technical Writer, responsible for software and API documentation for BPO and SaaS clients, as well as internal users. Currently, Deanna holds the position of Project Manager in Production Operations at Quadax, where they plan, executes, and controls projects while maintaining high quality, minimizing disruptions, and sustaining cost-effectiveness. Deanna also coordinates with domestic staff and global partners in various countries.

Throughout their career, Deanna has demonstrated their versatility and proficiency in both technical and managerial roles, showcasing their ability to adapt to different industries and responsibilities.

Deanna Rasch, RHIT, CAPM, CSSGB, obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health Information Management Technology from Cuyahoga Community College from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including being a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) from AHIMA in May 2016, a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt - Healthcare from ASQ - World Headquarters in January 2020, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in January 2023, and a Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics certification from LinkedIn in March 2023.
