Michael Gitsis

Michael Gitsis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, and Group CFO at Quadcode since January 2019, Michael has a strong background in financial leadership, previously holding the position of CFO at Sorek Desalination Plant and working as a Private Equity Associate at Hutchison Water. Early career experience includes auditing at KPMG and business finance roles at Verint Systems Ltd. Additionally, Michael served as a Human Resource Planner in the Israeli Air Force. An alumnus of Tel Aviv University, Michael earned an MBA specializing in Financial Management with distinction, as well as degrees in Advanced Accounting Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Economics.
