Quadd.ai is an AI-powered platform built specifically for the unique needs of local newspaper and magazine publishers. We automate time-consuming administrative tasks—like article proofing, interview transcription, and document reformatting—so journalists can spend more time covering the stories that matter most to their communities.

Our tools are designed by a team with deep publishing and technical experience. Co-founded by a third-generation newspaper publisher with 26 years in the industry and a machine learning expert with a background in healthcare and startup leadership, Quadd.ai understands the challenges that small and mid-sized newsrooms face every day.

Quadd.ai includes:

A proofing tool that flags grammatical, style, and clarity improvements and lets users accept or reject suggestions in one click.

A transcription engine with diarization and AI-powered query features, making it easy to upload interviews, separate speakers, and extract quotes or summaries.

A document extraction module that parses PDFs and electronic reports—like court documents, honor rolls, and box scores—and returns clean, publication-ready content in minutes instead of hours.

What sets Quadd.ai apart is its singular focus on journalism. Unlike generic AI tools built for general business use, our platform is tailored to newsroom workflows and designed to save time without sacrificing editorial control.

Our pricing is intentionally affordable — making it accessible to small-market publishers who need real solutions on tight budgets.

Quadd.ai is currently being piloted by local newspapers across the Midwest, with broader rollout underway. Our goal is simple: to re-energize local journalism by giving newsrooms the tools to work smarter, faster, and with greater impact.
