Andre received certifications in "Developing & Managing Project-Based Vouchers," "Fair Housing & Reasonable Accommodation Specialist," "HCV Housing Quality Standards," "Family Self-Sufficiency Specialist," "HCV Financial Management," "HCV & Public Housing Rent Calculation Specialist," and "Assisted Housing Manager." Andre obtained most of these certifications from Nan McKay and Associates (NMA) in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Andre also obtained the "Assisted Housing Manager" certification from Quadel in 2007.
