Andre Serrette has a diverse work experience. Andre is currently the Managing Director at Quadel Consulting & Training, LLC since 2018. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Los Angeles County Development Authority from 2013 to 2018. Before that, they were a Supervisory Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2012. From 2010 to 2012, they held the position of Assistant Manager at Los Angeles County Development Authority. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Field Supervisor at Barker Management from 2009 to 2010. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Quadel Consulting & Training, LLC as an Assistant Program Compliance Manager and Program Compliance Specialist. In 2004, they started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where they worked until 2006.
Andre Serrette completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Southern California in 2004. Andre then pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy from the same university, which they obtained in 2006.
In addition to their formal education, Andre obtained various certifications related to housing management and financial management. Andre received certifications in "Developing & Managing Project-Based Vouchers," "Fair Housing & Reasonable Accommodation Specialist," "HCV Housing Quality Standards," "Family Self-Sufficiency Specialist," "HCV Financial Management," "HCV & Public Housing Rent Calculation Specialist," and "Assisted Housing Manager." Andre obtained most of these certifications from Nan McKay and Associates (NMA) in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Andre also obtained the "Assisted Housing Manager" certification from Quadel in 2007.
