Lisa Williams has extensive work experience in affordable housing compliance. Lisa currently works as the Managing Director at Quadel, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Help U Manage Compliance from 2009 to the present, specializing in affordable housing compliance for HUD, RAD, HOME, Tax Credit, Bond, and RD programs.
From 2005 to 2021, Lisa worked at the National Center for Housing Management as a Senior Trainer, responsible for providing professional training for various certification programs. Lisa also worked at Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. as the Director of Affordable Housing in 2007-2008, overseeing compliance management and training.
During their tenure at Cohen Esrey from 2005 to 2007, Lisa served as the Director of Compliance, managing a large portfolio of properties and supervising compliance specialists. Lisa also worked as the President of Williams Management and Consulting, Inc. from 1995 to 2004, where they led successful property acquisitions and managed a diverse portfolio of HUD, USDA RD, and Tax Credit properties.
Previously, Lisa worked as a Regional Property Manager at AIMCO in 2002-2003, focusing on compliance monitoring, budgeting, employee turnover, and property acquisition. Overall, Lisa's work experience highlights their expertise in affordable housing compliance, including training, management, and acquisition of properties in various programs.
Lisa Williams has a diverse education history with a focus on compliance and real estate. Lisa attended the National Center for Housing Management from 2000 to 2027, where they obtained multiple degrees including RHM, COS, TCS, BOS, EIV, CFS, CMH, and CMM in the field of Compliance. Additionally, Lisa attended the Missouri School of Real Estate from 1991 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Brokerage and specialized in Real Estate. In terms of certifications, Lisa obtained a Certified Occupancy Specialist certificate from the National Center for Housing Management in 2006 and 2000. Lisa also obtained a Registered Housing Manager certification from NCHM in 1997.
