Mary Ann Sipos, holding the designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), has extensive experience in the real estate and housing sectors. Currently serving as the National Chair of the Ethics Appeal Board at the Institute of Real Estate Management since October 2012, Mary Ann also has a long tenure as a Senior Trainer at Quadel Consulting Corporation since 1988. Additionally, Mary Ann has been a Senior Housing Management Representative at the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency since October 1985.
