Joanna Chamera

Joanna Chamera has extensive work experience in procurement and management roles within the printing industry. Joanna started their career at Quad/Graphics as a Corporate Intern, gaining experience in various production departments and supporting engineers. At Quad/Winkowski, they served as the Vice Director of Procurement, overseeing strategic vendor management and implementing supply chain solutions. Joanna also worked as a Standardization Project Manager and Training Coordinator, creating training programs for press-crew. Joanna then joined Quad/Graphics Europe as the Director of Procurement, responsible for managing a team of 11 people and handling procurement of materials, services, and project contracts. Joanna successfully transferred tactical work to the Purchasing Poland team and collaborated closely with the Executive Director of Global Purchasing. Currently, Joanna holds the position of Managing Director at CRT Sp. z o.o. A Quad/Graphics Company.

Joanna Chamera earned a Master's Degree in Papermaking and Printing from Lodz University of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2006. Joanna also attended Waukesha County Technical College from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Printing & Publishing.
