Karen McCraw

Karen McCraw, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and training. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Quad since August 2025, Karen supports three Operations Directors and oversees employee relations for over 600 employees. Previously, Karen held positions at Elkem ASA as an Employee Relations & Training Specialist, and at Nestlé as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included developing and implementing policies, conducting employee investigations, and leading employee networks. A background in various HR roles at Time Warner Cable and Adecco complements this experience, enhancing expertise in managing employee relations in diverse environments. Karen earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
