Pamela Kilbourn

Pamela Kilbourn has over 20 years of work experience, starting as a Finance Intern at The Gillette Company in 1998. Pamela then worked as a Functional Consultant at Public Science Inc from 1999 to 2000, followed by a brief role as a Business Analyst at HK Systems/irista in 2000. In 2001, they joined Quad as a Software Development Trainee, where they gained experience in enhancing and maintaining in-house requisition, procurement, and receiving systems. Pamela later became a Software Developer and worked on implementing the sending of purchase orders to paper suppliers. Throughout their tenure at Quad, they took on various roles such as Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Lead, leading teams and working closely with product owners and stakeholders. Their responsibilities included improving requisition and procurement systems, designing and coding new systems, integrating systems with other tools, and leading migration projects. Their most recent position at Quad is as a Software Development Lead II.

Pamela Kilbourn has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they obtained before 1999. Pamela also holds a Certificate of Major in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained before 2002. In addition, Pamela has obtained certifications including PSM I from Scrum.org in 2017, and POPM from Scaled Agile, Inc. (year unknown).
