François Bousquet

François Bousquet has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. François started their career at Quaternove as a Software Developer in 2001. François then joined Neopost in 2003, where they took on multiple roles including Software Developer, Software team leader/Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Project Solution Manager. During their tenure at Neopost, they led and managed global projects, implemented Agile methodologies, and implemented DevOps practices on cloud projects. In 2018, François joined Quadient as Projects Director of HR, and later became the VP of Employee Experience and VP of People Insights and Services, leading global HR initiatives and overseeing HR services and operations. Overall, François has developed expertise in HR, project management, software development, and implementing digital solutions.

François Bousquet obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Option Automatique et Informatique Industrielle from IMT Atlantique between 1998 and 2001. François also completed an Executive MBA at ESCP Business School from 2015 to 2017. In addition, François participated in an Innovation Executive Education Program at Cornell University in 2017, and an ESCP Executive Education Program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016. Prior to their university studies, they attended Lycée Pierre De Fermat and completed Mathématiques supérieures from 1996 to 1998.
