Jayati Shah-Thiel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and program management. Currently serving as Senior Content Program Manager and Agile Marketing Coach at Quadient since June 2016, Jayati led the transformation of the global Marketing team to Agile methodologies and managed key events, including the inaugural Inspire Days Virtual Experience. Prior to Quadient, Jayati held significant roles at Dell, where a global initiative was led to develop its $300 million Global Evaluation Programs, and marketing demand generation strategies were executed across various commercial lines of business. Early career experiences include positions at Advanced Utility Systems, IBM, and SKF, where Jayati honed skills in marketing management and partner relationships. Jayati holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Guelph and completed additional educational programs at IBM E-business Sales University and IBM Training Services.
