Paolo Codazzi

Paolo Codazzi has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paolo currently serves as the Vice President of Total Reward at Quadient, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Octo Telematics from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for HR and organizational leadership. Paolo also worked at GE, Alstom, AREVA T&D, Air Liquide, HJ Heinz, DHL International Italia, and Hewitt Associates in various HR leadership roles, with responsibilities including talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational redesign, cultural change, and global recruitment.

Paolo Codazzi obtained their University Degree in Business/Managerial Economics with a focus on HR & Organization from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 1984 to 1990. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn in 2020.
