Paulo Cesena is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Partner at Quadra Capital and Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO at Rede Bahia, Paulo also holds a board member position at Vports. Previously, Paulo held the CEO role at Odebrecht TransPort and was CFO at Odebrecht. Early career experiences include a Finance Manager position at Braskem and an engineering role at Aracruz Celulose SA.
