Perry M. Anderson

Perry M. Anderson has extensive work experience in the private equity and investment industry. Perry M. served as the C.E.O and Managing Director of Quadra Global Capital Corp, a firm that specializes in making control and non-control investments across various asset classes such as technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, engineering, media, and real estate. In addition to investment activities, the firm also offers capital raising and advisory services. Perry M. Anderson joined Quadra Global Capital Corp in 2002 and their tenure there continues to the present day.

In 2008, Perry M. Anderson started working as a Private Angel Investor for Avigilon, a company that designs, develops, and manufactures high-definition surveillance systems. Avigilon's solutions are widely used around the world and the company went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2011. In March 2018, Avigilon was acquired by Motorola in an all-cash transaction worth $1 billion. Perry M. Anderson's role as a Private Angel Investor at Avigilon lasted from September 2008 to March 2018.

Perry M. Anderson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in International Finance from the University of Portland from 1994 to 1998. In 1995 to 1996, they also studied International Finance at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. Continuing their education, Perry pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Oxford in 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they engaged in further studies in Corporate Finance at London Business School in 2010.
