Jennifer Ahn-Jarvis

Food Health Human Studies Lead at Quadram Institute

Jennifer Ahn-Jarvis currently serves as the Food Health Human Studies Lead and Research Scientist at Quadram Institute, a role held since August 2017. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellow position funded by the NIDCR CTOC T32 grant at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry from March 2015 to August 2017, and a Postdoctoral Researcher role at The Ohio State University from September 2010 to February 2015. Jennifer was also a Pelotonia Graduate Fellow during this time. Earlier, clinical experience included roles as an Administrative Nurse III and Critical Care Nurse at UCLA Health System from 1996 to 2002, and as a Critical Care Nurse at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center from 1992 to 1996. Academically, Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition, a Master's degree in the same field from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Cell Molecular Biology from California State University, Northridge. Early education was completed at The Buckley School.
