Stephen Rhind

Stephen Rhind is an experienced professional in commercialization and business development within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Commercialisation Manager at the John Innes Centre and the Quadram Institute since July 2023 and July 2021, respectively, Stephen has a comprehensive background that includes roles such as Non Executive Director at Quell Therapeutics Limited and Deputy Director at King's Commercialisation Institute, King's College London. Notably, as SVP of Corporate Development at S*BIO Pte Ltd from 2005 to 2011, Stephen successfully completed a $550m deal with Onyx Therapeutics Inc, recognized as the best deal in Asia in 2009. Stephen's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biochemistry from The University of Manchester.
