Bob Knopf

Bob Knopf has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Bob started their career as an intern at Quadrangle Development Corporation in 2005, where they created budgets and summaries of previous projects and attended owner progress meetings. In 2006, they completed an internship at Churchill Development Group. Bob then joined HITT Contracting Inc. as an onsite intern in 2005, where they gained practical experience in project engineering. In 2007, they became a project engineer at HITT Contracting Inc. In 2008, they joined Lincoln Property Company as a senior project manager, where they worked until 2014. Since 2014, they have been serving as the Vice President at Quadrangle Development Corporation, providing mixed-use commercial development services in the D.C. area.

Bob Knopf attended Virginia Tech from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have earned the EPA AHERA Project Designer certification from TSCA Title II in December 2012. Furthermore, Bob holds the LEED AP certification from the USGBC, although the specific month and year of their certification are not provided.
