Patrick Ristau is a seasoned property manager currently overseeing the daily operations of approximately 1 million square feet of Class A commercial real estate at Quadrangle Development Corporation in Washington D.C. Since January 2020, Patrick has excelled in managing retail spaces adjacent to the White House.
