Judy Hulpiau Cpa

Judy Hulpiau, CPA, CIA has an extensive and varied work experience in accounting, auditing, and finance. Judy started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Auditor from July 1993 to 1997. Judy then worked as an Audit Manager at Fust Charles Chambers from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they served as a Finance Supervisor at Cornell University from 2001 to 2003 and as a Finance Manager at Turning Stone Resort Casino from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as the Internal Audit Director at Oneida Indian Nation. Judy returned to Cornell University in 2011 and held various roles, including Senior Auditor, OSP Operations Manager, and Manager of OSP Operations and Export Controls, until 2017.
