Dean Falvy

Dean Falvy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and academia. Currently serving as a Partner and Of Counsel at Quadrant Law Group, LLP since April 2016, Dean also contributes as an Affiliate Instructor of Law at the University of Washington School of Law since April 2013. Prior roles include Principal at Cerulean Law PLLC from February 2012 to July 2022, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon.com from September 2000 to February 2012. Dean began legal career as an Associate at Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, where tenure lasted from September 1992 to August 2000, and served as a Foreign Attorney at Takaka & Takahashi from April 1994 to March 1997. Dean holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University.
