Erika Pina Schmidt

Erika Pina Schmidt is a civil engineer with a master's degree in Structural Engineering and over 11 years of experience in infrastructure projects for clients including DNIT and Construtora Norberto Odebrecht S/A. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Quadrante Viaponte, Erika's past roles include Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in project documentation, structural analysis, and client relations. Erika also has experience in academia, having taught Civil Engineering and Architecture courses. Additionally, Erika is pursuing a Master's in Business Management with a focus on Project Management at Insper.
