Grant Rogers

Grant Rogers has a diverse work experience in the field of monitoring and software development. Grant worked as a Trading Operations Engineer at Quadrature in 2020. Prior to that, they were a Monitoring Consultant at Bank of America from May 2015 to December 2019, where they developed authentication bridges, modernized tooling scripts, and improved the monitoring database. Grant also worked as a Business Flow Monitoring Consultant at Deutsche Bank from May 2013 to February 2015, where they created real-time dashboards, documented system flows, and developed a multithreaded C++ application. Before that, they held the position of a Monitoring Consultant at RBS Global Banking & Markets from November 2010 to May 2013, where they conducted meetings with support teams and designed the architecture for the setup of Geneos globally. Grant started their career as a Software Developer at ITRS Group from May 2005 to December 2010, where they developed the Active Console in Java and maintained Netprobe monitoring plug-ins.
