Kate Smith

Kate Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kate most recently worked at Quadrature as the Head of People and Culture, where they focused on implementing automation and utilizing technology in trading. Prior to that, they served as a Strategic Growth Manager at Quadrature.

Kate also has experience working at Deliveroo as a People Business Partner and at Travelex as a People and Change Lead, Organisation Design Analyst, and HR Business Partner. At Travelex, they contributed to the development of new mobile, payments, and online products.

Earlier in their career, Kate worked at EDC Communications in various HR positions, including Junior HR Advisor, HR Assistant, and HR Administrator. Kate was responsible for managing communication agencies and overseeing HR operations at the company.

Additionally, Kate was an In-House Resourcer at Taylor Root, a Graduate Intern at Jones Lang LaSalle, and a PR Intern at Weber Shandwick. These experiences allowed their to gain valuable skills in recruitment, valuations, and public relations.

Kate Smith attended Putney High School GDST from 2001 to 2008. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Durham University from 2008 to 2011. At Durham University, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Criminology.
