Marija Stosic

Marija Stosic has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles at different companies. Marija most recently worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Quadrix Soft starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were with Peaksel from 2018 to 2023, where they held the position of Head of HR, overseeing the development and implementation of HR plans and strategies. Marija also served as an HR Specialist at Peaksel, where they were responsible for employee training and development, performance reviews, recruitment, and HR procedures. Before joining Peaksel, Marija worked at MK Group as an HR Assistant and HR Intern, gaining experience in tasks such as updating company databases, posting job advertisements, and screening resumes. Marija also had a role as a Human Resources Intern at Mercator-S d.o.o., where they assisted with recruiting and conducting job applicant testing.

From 2012 to 2016, Marija Stosic attended the University of Belgrade, where they studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
