Carine le Gal

Carine Le Gal serves as the co-director of Quadro Lanester since September 2019, overseeing the operations of Cuisines Le Gal and Quadro while fostering client relationships and managing an 8-person team. With a long-standing history at Cuisines Le Gal, established in 2007, Carine has also been active since April 2019 as the regional representative for Club d'Affaires Protéine France, advocating for the development of business networks in Morbihan. Additionally, Carine holds the title of certified professional coach with Optimisplus, providing guidance to small business leaders. Carine's earlier experience includes a role as export assistant at Plastimo from 2000 to 2007. Educational credentials include an RNCP certification in coaching from Linkup Coaching and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of South Brittany.
