Victor Faleiros

Victor Faleiros currently serves as Sócio and Head de Operações at Quaestor Investimentos since April 2024. Previously, Victor held various leadership roles at Blue3 from March 2017 to December 2023, including Sócio, Head de Operações, and Líder de Operações for both the Renda Variável and Renda Fixa divisions. Prior experience includes working as Atendimento ao Cliente at EVERGREEN FRUITS & VEGETABLES LIMITED in Ireland from March 2016 to January 2017, where the importance of English in a financial career was recognized, and as Auxiliar Financeiro at the family-owned Restaurante Cozinha da Fazenda from January 2013 to November 2015. Victor Faleiros completed a degree at Centro Universitário Municipal de Franca from 2015 to 2019.
