Alexander Isidron is a highly experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Quail West Golf and Country Club since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alexander held the Executive Sous Chef position at Naples Yacht Club from October 2020 to November 2021. Alexander has an extensive background with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from September 2011 to October 2020, working in various capacities including Banquet Chef, Garde Manger Chef, and Chef De Cuisine. Earlier experience includes serving as Sous Chef for Chef Douglas Rodriguez De Rodriguez Cuba, where responsibilities included line organization and maintaining high culinary standards, and as Jr. Sous Chef at Loews Hotels & Co, assisting in quality service and event organization. Alexander holds an Associate of Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2009.
