Ernesto Ruiz

Ernesto Ruiz is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Quail West Golf and Country Club since August 2023. Ruiz has held the same title at Quail Creek Country Club from October 2021 to September 2023. Previously, Ruiz worked as Executive Sous Chef at Troon for a brief period in 2021 and has significant experience as Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from December 2017 to June 2021, as well as at St Regis Hotel from December 2014 to November 2017. Ruiz's culinary journey began at Intercontinental Hotels Group where the role of Restaurant Chef was held from February 2003 to January 2010. Ruiz also attended Instituto de Banca y Comercio Inc and Pedro P Casablanca for education.
