Mario Dominguez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Banquet Chef at Quail West Golf and Country Club since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mario held the position of Sous Chef at Quail Creek Country Club from November 2020 to September 2022. Mario's career also includes a tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where Mario advanced from Cook 1 to Banquet Chef De Partie between January 2018 and November 2020. Earlier in Mario's career, from November 2012 to January 2018, Mario worked at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, progressing from Cook 3 to Cook 2. Mario is an alumnus of UPR Recinto de Carolina.
