Andrew C. began their IT career in 2015 as an IT Helpdesk at California State University San Marcos, where they assisted students with maintaining and servicing their domain accounts, assisting with general website navigation, and personal device troubleshooting. In 2017, they moved groups to work in classroom system support, troubleshooting and imaging computers over an enterprise-grade network, and interacting with many widely used management tools such as Active Directory and Configuration Manager. In 2018, they began working as a Repair Technician at uBreakiFix. Currently, they are employed as an Embedded Software Engineer and Jr Embedded Software Engineer at Quake Global.

Andrew C. attended California State University San Marcos from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
