Vice President of Customer Success at Quake Global

David Mitchell, PMP has over 20 years of professional experience. David began their career in 1992 as a Specialist with the US Army. In 2000, they took on the role of Field Service Supervisor at Identix. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Manager of Technical Support at DriveCam. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Director of Deployment and Field Services at SmartDrive Systems, where they managed and reported on customer service levels 1-3 and maintained nationwide 24x7 coverage. David also developed and trained Deployment Project Managers, built and managed a nationwide footprint of installation contractors, created new processes to increase the likelihood of meeting efficiency goals, and was the Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager. Finally, from 2013 to the present, they have been the Vice President of Customer Success and Director of New Product Introduction (NPI) at Quake Global.

David Mitchell, PMP obtained a Certificate in Supervision and Management from Employers Group in 2005. David then earned an A.A.S. in Networking from Heald College in 2001-2002, and an A.A.S. in Electronics Technology from Heald College in 1999-2001. In 2015, they were certified as a PMP by the Project Management Institute.
