Victor Leon

Victor Leon has over 20 years of work experience in the supply chain and materials management fields. Victor began their career in 1998 as a Materials Manager at ADC. Victor then worked as a Senior Materials Manager at Flextronics from 2007 to 2011, followed by a Senior Materials Manager role at Hubbell Incorporated from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to TE Connectivity as a Senior Supply Chain Manager and then to Meggitt as a Supply Chain Manager in 2018. In 2020, they joined Applied Composites as a Senior Supply Chain Manager and is currently the Supply Chain Director at Quake Global.

Victor Leon obtained a Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain from Southern New Hampshire University between 2013 and 2015. Victor also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from The University of Texas at El Paso between 1991 and 1996. In addition, they obtained a Management Essentials certification from ADVISA in May 2022.
