Claudio Caldana

Claudio Caldana has a diverse range of work experience in the chemical industry. Claudio started their career at Italbonder Spa as a Technical Lab Technician and then moved on to ITB srl as a Technical Service Manager. Claudio then joined Bonder Spa, where they worked as a Technical Service Manager for the General Industry, focusing on key customers in the Automotive and Appliance sectors.

Claudio then transitioned to Chemetall Italia Srl, where they assumed the role of Key Account Manager for the Fiat & IVECO Group. Claudio was responsible for sales strategy, technical support on carbody lines, and coordination with Chemetall and Fiat Labs. Claudio later became the Sales Director and Key Account Manager for the same group.

In 2006, Claudio joined NP COIL DEXTER INDUSTRIES Srl as the Managing Director and Sales Director for General Industry. Claudio was responsible for coordinating the sales group and developing market strategies while also overseeing product development. Claudio then moved on to Quaker Chemical Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager for Primary metal in France, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Spain.

Claudio'smost recent role was at Quaker Houghton, where they served as the Commercial Director for Metals in South Europe before transitioning to the role of Commercial Director for Italy & Balkans.

Throughout their career, Claudio has demonstrated expertise in sales, key account management, market strategy development, and technical support.

Claudio Caldana obtained a diploma in Mental Talent Coach from Accademia CEI in 2023. In the same year, they also received professional firewalking instructor training from Firewalk UK. In 2002, Claudio attended Florida Gulf Coast University for the DART PROGRAMME- HIGH POTENTIAL MANAGERS. In 1998, they completed a Master of Management & Marketing at CESMA - Milan. Claudio's earliest education was at Istituto Tecnico Chimica Industriale E.Molinari, where they graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Chimica Industriale, from 1978 to 1983.
