Eric Marshall

Eric Marshall has extensive experience in international tax and transaction advisory services. Eric currently holds the position of Director of International Tax at Quaker Houghton, a role they started in January 2022. Before that, they worked at EY for 7 years as a Senior Manager in International Tax and Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to EY, Eric held positions at Deloitte as a Manager and Senior Manager in International Tax, and at Stevens & Lee as an Attorney.

Eric Marshall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance and Government from Franklin & Marshall College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Eric then went on to earn a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law between 2003 and 2006. Later, Eric pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2006 to 2009.
