Hafeeza Nabaa

Hafeeza Nabaa has a diverse work experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Hafeeza currently serves as the Procurement Lead, Directs US & Canada at Quaker Houghton since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Purchasing Manager at Hikma Pharmaceuticals starting from April 2019. From December 2015, Hafeeza worked as a Commodity Manager, MRO at AMETEK. Hafeeza also served as a Category Manager at Haas Group International from October 2011 to October 2015. Hafeeza started their career as a Sourcing Manager at Merck KGaA from September 2008 to December 2010.

Hafeeza Nabaa attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Hafeeza later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at LaSalle University. In addition, they have obtained a certification called "A Leadership Experience for Black Women" from The Leader's Edge, with the year of completion stated as 2023.
