Renato Carvalho

Renato Carvalho is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership and operations within the chemical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice-President and Regional Commercial Lead for the Americas at Quaker Houghton since August 2019, Renato previously held the position of Managing Director for South America. From March 2012 to August 2019, Renato was the Managing Director at Houghton International, focusing on company reorganization to enhance profitability and sustainability in South America. Further experience includes leadership roles at ASK Chemicals L.P. and Ashland, overseeing significant operations in the foundry and chemical industries. Renato holds an MBA from Ohio University and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
