Santana Roy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional HR at Quaker Houghton since March 2022, Santana previously held positions including Corporate Human Resources at Vikram Solar and HR Consultant at an e-Startup. Santana has extensive leadership experience as Head of Human Resources at STEPTOSTRATEGY SOFTWARE CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED and Mallcom India Ltd. Additionally, Santana has managerial experience from Intertek India and Tata Steel Processing And Distribution Ltd., along with early career experience as a Lecturer in Economics at Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College. Santana's educational credentials include an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an HR Analyst certification from AIHR, and an MBA from IBS Kolkata, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta.
