Matthew Young

Matthew Young, MBA, is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Key Account Sales Specialist at Quaker Valley Foods, Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Sous Chef at Pinelands Recovery Center of Medford, formerly known as Ambrosia Treatment Center, from December 2014 to March 2019. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Supervisor at Chestnut Cafe and Grille from 2006 to 2014. Matthew holds an Executive MBA in Food Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Joseph's University, as well as an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
