Mike Mastroianni has extensive work experience in the field of athletics and education. Mike started their career in 1986 at Carnegie Mellon University, where they served as the Assistant Athletic Director, overseeing intramurals, club sports, and fitness departments. Mike also worked as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach during this time. In 1992, they joined the Quaker Valley School District as the Managing Director of Summer Youth Basketball Camps.
