Micaela Hornblas

Micaela Hornblas is currently serving as the Head of Growth & Marketing at Qualabs and as Co Organizer at MonteVIDEO Tech. Prior to these roles, Micaela worked at Mercado Libre in various communication and fraud prevention capacities. Micaela holds a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on organizational communication from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'.
