What do we do? Put simply, we help our clients optimise their operations. Qualco UK is a technology company delivering panel management solutions into the credit industry, to support our clients in their effort to deliver first class customer outcomes. Our solutions serve over 70 clients globally and we process more than £150bn of debt annually. Integrates with diallers, sms, email, payment gateways, mailing houses, speech analytics and more. ExtraCollect – an asset management platform enabling clients to fully manage a panel of outsourced partners, including: DCAs, Solicitors, Debt Management Providers. The platform includes advanced analytics, intelligent segmentation, reconciliation, invoicing, query management and visibility of account level end-to-end customer journeys.
