James Fraser

James Fraser is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and customer service. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at QUALCO UK since November 2019, James has also held the roles of Information Technology Support Analyst and Junior IT Support Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, James worked as a Cafe All Rounder at Moro Limited and Bovingdon Catering, where responsibilities included meal preparation, customer service, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, James was a Food and Beverage Host at THORPE PARK Resort, showcasing strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. James holds a BEng degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Middlesex University, attained between 2015 and 2018.
