James Goddard

James Goddard has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. James is currently the Head of Risk and Compliance and MLRO at QUALCO UK, where they have been since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operational Excellence & External Relations at Enova International from 2019 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2018, James worked at Wonga, first as the Partnerships & Controls Oversight Lead and then as the Collections Policy and Monitoring Manager (UK). Before Wonga, they were at Zopa Bank from 2011 to 2016, where they held the position of Collections Manager.

James started their career at CapQuest Limited in 2005 as a Senior Performance & Development Coach, where they stayed until 2011.

James Goddard attended The 6th Form College Farnborough from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their A Levels in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching.
